A talented business strategist with vast experience in sport, Sarah is an industry expert who brings more than two decades of learnings, insights and action to projects. Sarah has held senior Olympic and 'Games' positions, worked for Sports agencies and held director level positions in Sport Federations, including most recently, the Director of Strategy (what was your title?) at the FIH, where she lead the Hockey Revolution, transforming the sport. She is a decisive, solution-orientated decision maker, who has a strong track record of achieving outstanding results. Her experience includes work for ITF (International Tennis Federation), FIH (International Hockey Federation), CSM, UK Athletics, 5 Olympic/Commonwealth Games and numerous World Cups and major events.

A UK based Art Director, Illustrator and Designer with a wealth of international brand and major event experience. Matt has an eye for detail as well as the ability to take key insights and craft them into visually engaging communications. An expert in communication hierarchy, typography, illustration, digital and mobile applications, as well as traditional print and production techniques Matt brings big ideas to life in powerful visual expressions. Matt has developed campaigns and designed for the likes of Colorado State University, City of Chicago, Crocs and the International Hockey Federation.

Classically trained with a passion for digital and sports marketing, Laura is an expert at creating powerful & engaging brands that fans can truly fall in love with. During her time at FIH she drove the organisation to become the number three international federation in social media as well as win the Sport Business Ultimate Federation Award for Brand (2015). Laura has held marketing and digital roles for the likes of Microsoft, Sony Mobile, FIBA (International Basketball Federation), LET (Ladies European Tour) and FIH (International Hockey Federation). Laura brings her unique combination of digital know-how and brand excellence to Pure Purple projects.

Simon specialises in strategic communication and bringing about sustained improvements in employee engagement through a focus on leadership behaviour. He is a 'simplification expert' cutting through the grey to give clarity and purpose to organisations. An expert facilitator and developer of strategic content, Simon has an unique ability to write narratives that bring about deep and sustained behavioural change within organisations. His previous experience includes a number of senior level HR roles, including the Board of Waterstone's Booksellers. His pragmatic and commercial approach has seen him help clients from multiple industries, including; ITF (The International Tennis Federation), Peugeot Citroen, London Underground / Transport for London, The British Transport Police, BBC, Mothercare, Virgin Media, Lloyds Banking Group and Cathay Pacific Airlines to name a few.
